The radiation pyrometer is designed and manufactured according to the functional relationship between the radiation energy of the object and its temperature in the entire wavelength range. The radiation temperature sensor is used as the primary instrument, and the electronic potentiometer is used as the secondary instrument. It belongs to the lens focusing temperature sensing It has an aluminum alloy casing, the front is an objective lens, a thermopile compensation diaphragm is installed in the casing, and there is a baffle plate on the field diaphragm close to the thermopile. The function of the baffle plate is to adjust the irradiation on the thermopile. The radiant energy of the product makes the product have a uniform index value, and an eyepiece is installed on the detachable rear cover to observe the image of the measured object.

The radiation temperature sensor focuses the radiant energy of the object to be measured on the thermal element through the lens, and the thermal element converts the radiant energy into electrical parameters. The thermoelectric potential is generated, and the temperature value is displayed. This temperature value must be corrected by the total radiation black body number of the object or directly inserted into the high-temperature salt bath furnace with a platinum-rhodium 10-platinum thermocouple and a DC potentiometer to measure the temperature, and then measure the temperature with the instrument. A temperature comparison is displayed to calibrate the accuracy of the temperature measured by the pyrometer.
