  1.Introduction:
  The fiber grating temperature online monitoring system is mainly for on-line monitoring of parts of the switchgear and transformer that are prone to over-temperature during long-term operation (upper and lower contacts and connectors of the switchgear; transformer windings, iron cores, etc.) to avoid overloading. The resulting temperature is too high and causes unnecessary losses. The product is mainly composed of a fiber optic host, a probe cable, and a fiber grating sensor. Among them, the fiber optic host is responsible for fiber signal processing, alarm and parameter setting, etc. The fiber grating sensor is responsible for temperature collection on site. The fiber optic host can also be connected to the fire alarm controller via RS485/232, CAN, and Ethernet interfaces to form a complete fire alarm system.
 
  2.Structural characteristics and working principle:
  PD-GXGS series products: fire power supply, fiber grating temperature sensitive fire detector, fiber grating sensor, temperature sensing cable or temperature sensing fiber.
  The fiber grating temperature detection system mainly includes: optical path system, photoelectric conversion system, data acquisition and processing system, and data display output device. The light of the light source is transmitted to the external FBG sensor through the optical splitter. The sensor reflects the light of a specific wavelength and transmits it to the photoelectric conversion system through the optical splitter, and converts the optical wavelength signal emitted by the FBG into a photodetector. The electrical signal collects the electrical signal of the photodetector, processes it, and converts the electrical signal into a digital signal. Transfer to the data display output device through the network port or serial port.
