The radiation pyrometer is designed and manufactured according to the functional relationship between the radiation energy of the object and its temperature in the entire wavelength range. The radiation temperature sensor is used as the primary instrument, and the electronic potentiometer is used as the secondary instrument. It belongs to the lens focusing temperature sensing It has an aluminum alloy casing, the front part is an objective lens, a thermopile compensation diaphragm is installed in the casing, and there is a baffle plate on the field diaphragm close to the thermopile. The radiant energy of the product makes the product have a uniform index value, and an eyepiece is installed on the detachable rear cover to observe the image of the measured object.
(1) The temperature field of the measured medium will not be destroyed during temperature measurement, which is of special significance for measuring the temperature of a small temperature field
(2) In theory, the upper limit of the temperature measurement of the instrument is unlimited. The contact temperature measuring instrument cannot measure high temperature due to the limitation of the temperature sensing element or the material of the protection tube.
(3) Due to the heat transfer by thermal radiation, there is no problem that the temperature sensing element and the measured object reach thermal balance, so the heat transfer speed is fast and the thermal inertia is small.
(4) The output signal can be very large, so the sensitivity of the instrument is high.
(5) Because it is not in contact with the object to be measured, the radiation pyrometer is suitable for measuring the temperature of strongly corrosive media and the temperature of moving objects.
