Fields of application of laser pyrometers

The application possibilities of different pyrometers are extremely wide, and the sharp drop in price in recent years has opened up more and more fields of application, especially in low temperature areas or to replace general traditional thermometers.
1. Concrete processing industry
In concrete processing, temperature plays a key role in setting time and therefore firmness, especially for high-quality concrete, to reach a certain processing temperature, the contact probe will be mechanically damaged quickly due to the corrosive action of the cement . The pyrometer can directly accept the temperature of the mixing drum, or the temperature of the concrete outlet, such as dust-proof and waterproof measuring lenses. In order to protect the pyrometer, suitable accessories such as axial gap nozzles, light mirror protection covers and insulation are used. 

2. Paper industry
In paper refining, the paper rail will run between a heated metal roll and a plastic-coated finishing roll. If the width of the paper is smaller than the roll width, the edge of the finishing roll will be much hotter than the center roll. , the temperature difference between the middle and the edge can not exceed the set temperature, otherwise the plastic coating will be damaged.
