Theoretically, two kinds of thermometers and fixed thermometers can be carried at the same time. Therefore, when using the appropriate Best infrared pyrometer for different measuring points, the following characteristics are mainly manifested:
1. Sight
Best infrared pyrometer has this function, the pointer or measuring point of the thermometer can be seen in the thermometer, and the object to be measured in a large area often cannot have a sight. For small measured objects and long distance measurements, it is worth recommending a light-transmitting lens with instrument panel scale or a laser pointing point.
2. Lens
The lens measures the measured point of the Best infrared pyrometer. For large-area objects, a pyrometer with a fixed focal length is generally sufficient. But when the measurement distance is far, the image of the edge of the measurement point cannot be displayed clearly. Therefore, it is better to use a zoom lens, which can be adjusted within a given zoom range, and the newer Best infrared pyrometers have replacement lenses for zoom that can be replaced without calibration rechecks.
3. The sensor of the spectrometer receiver.
Air temperature is inversely proportional to wavelength. For low-frequency targets, sensors sensitive to long-wavelength spectral regions (hot film or pyroelectric sensing elements) are very suitable. Under high temperature conditions, germanium, silicon, indium, gallium, etc. can be used to form photoelectric sensors sensitive to short-wavelength.
For the selection of spectral sensitivity, the absorption bands of hydrogen and carbon dioxide should also be considered. H2 and CO2 are in a certain band, the so-called "atmospheric window", the infrared band of the Best infrared pyrometer can penetrate, in order to exclude the influence of atmospheric concentration changes, the light sensitivity of the thermometer must be within this range , when measuring thin films or glass, it is also considered that these materials are not easily penetrated in a certain wavelength band. In order to avoid measurement errors caused by background light, use an appropriate sensor that only accepts surface temperature. Metals have this physical property, and the emissivity increases as the wavelength decreases. Empirically speaking, when measuring the temperature of metals, a shorter measurement wavelength is usually selected.
