High-speed pyrometers are used for non-contact temperature measurement, especially on glass surfaces. The equipment has been developed for rapid industrial applications in all areas of glass processing. In addition, it can also be used universally in the research field to develop or review new material usage. The parameters of the high-speed pyrometer can be easily changed using the keypad and displayed on the integrated display on the back of the device. The device is equipped with a serial interface RS 485. By connecting to a PC, device parameters can be changed and the current measured temperature can be read and processed. 32 pyrometers can be connected via the RS 485 bus.
The pyrometer comes standard with LED indicators. This enables adjustments to be made to the measurement object. The size of the indicator light is the same as the measurement area and does not affect the measurement. The device has two configurable switching outputs. These switches each have a switching threshold above or below the temperature with hysteresis. For special customer applications, customized optics can be supplied to the device.
