The use procedure of the industrial optical pyrometer is as follows:

(2) Check the mechanical zero point of the indicating instrument. If the pointer does not point to the zero point of the scale, adjust the zero point adjuster so that the pointer of the instrument indicates the zero point (or starting point).
(3) The voltage and capacity of the battery used should meet the requirements of the instrument manual. You can adjust the sliding wire resistance to observe whether the indicator can reach full scale. Pay attention to the polarity of the battery when installing.
(4) For the non-integral optical pyrometer, the correct connection should be connected according to the manual, and the power supply and indicating instrument should be connected to make it in normal working condition.
(5) Adjust the eyepieces, bring the red filter out of the field of view, and adjust the sliding resistance plate to make the filament bright. Observe the filament through the eyepiece and adjust the eyepiece tube back and forth so that the filament can be clearly seen. (6) Adjust the objective lens, select an appropriate observation position before the measured object, aim at the measured object through the optical system, and adjust the objective lens barrel (moving in or out) until the image of the measured object can be clearly seen. At the same time, check whether the image of the measured object is on the same plane as the image of the filament. The inspection method is to move the eyepiece up and down with the naked eye. If this is the relative movement of the image of the measured object to the filament, it means that they are not on the same plane. You can adjust the eyepiece tube to correct it.
(7) When the measured temperature is higher than 900°C, a filter must be introduced. When the temperature of the measured object is lower than 900°C, in order to increase the visibility of the filament and the measured object, the red filter can be drawn out of the field of view, and the introduction or extraction of the red filter can be adjusted by the knob.
