The radiation thermometer is used as the primary instrument, and the electronic potentiometer is used as the secondary instrument. It belongs to the lens focusing sensor. The thermostat has an aluminum alloy shell, the front part is an objective lens, and a thermopile compensation diaphragm is installed in the shell. There is a baffle plate on the field of view diaphragm close to the thermopile. The function of the baffle plate is to adjust the radiation to the thermopile. The radiant energy on the product makes the product have a uniform graduation value. Eyepieces are installed on the detachable back cover to observe the image of the measured object.

  (1) The temperature field of the measured medium will not be destroyed during temperature measurement, which is of special significance for measuring the temperature of a small temperature field.
  (2) In theory, the upper limit of the temperature measurement of the radiation pyrometer from China is unlimited. However, the contact temperature measuring instrument cannot measure high temperature due to the limitation of the temperature sensing element or the material of the protective tube.
  (3) Because it is heat radiation heat transfer, there is no problem that the temperature sensing element and the measured object reach thermal equilibrium, so the heat transfer speed is fast and the thermal inertia is small.
  (4) The output signal can be very large, so the sensitivity of the meter is high.
  (5) Because it is not in contact with the measured object, the radiation pyrometer is suitable for measuring the temperature of a strongly corrosive medium and the temperature of a moving object.
  (6) Since the radiation pyrometer from China is a non-contact meter, the factors that affect the measurement results are more complicated. Therefore, the radiation pyrometer used in general industry has a larger measurement error than a contact thermometer.
