The bimetal thermometer is an on-site detection instrument for measuring low and medium temperatures. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid vapor and gaseous medium in the range of -80℃-+500℃ in various production processes. The main element is a multi-layer metal sheet composed of two or more metal sheets laminated together, which works on the principle that two different metals expand at different degrees when the temperature changes. The advantages are that the on-site temperature display is intuitive and convenient; it is safe and reliable, and has a long service life; the variety is complete, which is suitable for various on-site installation needs.
The customized radiation pyrometer is divided into installation type and hand-held type. Based on the radiant heat effect of the object under test, the actual temperature of the object is determined according to the relationship between radiant energy and temperature within the entire wavelength range, and corrected by the emissivity coefficient. The disadvantage is that the measurement accuracy is greatly affected by the environment, small changes may seriously affect the accuracy, and it is difficult to predict the emissivity; the advantage is that the receiving radiation energy site is large, the measurement sensitivity is high, and the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the temperature measurement range is Wide, easy to measure automatically, so it is widely used to measure and control the temperature of resistance furnace.
