Coal-fired steam furnace
The combustion adjustment of thermal power plant boilers is critical to the safe and economic operation of the boiler, and the important parameter characterizing the furnace combustion and heat exchange conditions is the flame (smoke) temperature distribution of the furnace. The internal combustion conditions of the boiler are complicated. Due to the influence of fineness of coal powder, ratio of wind to coal and quality of coal powder, the front end of the thermocouple armored steel pipe will have coking, which will affect the measurement accuracy of the thermocouple.
